An export B2B website for abrasives and grinding tools
Bodan wanted to grow overseas sales, but its existing site lacked a clear structure for products and promotion. By organising the product range, planning SEO and rebuilding the English site, we gave Bodan a channel of its own for showcasing products and handling overseas purchasing enquiries.

The business was established. The next step was a channel of its own.
Bodan manufactures and trades abrasives and grinding tools for industrial cutting, grinding and surface finishing. The client already had mature products, supply capability and sales experience, a solid domestic business, and overseas sales through third-party B2B trade platforms.
As the business grew, the client wanted more direct contact with overseas buyers: presenting products under its own brand, building up content and handling enquiries itself. The English site needed to communicate existing strengths clearly and be easy for the current team to keep running.
Find new customers on top of existing sales, while building up our own brand content, customer touchpoints and website assets.
Plenty of business experience, but little to support running a website.
-
How do product documents become pages buyers understand?
Many products, complex specifications. Internal documentation had to be reorganised around how buyers search, compare and request quotes, with each type of page clearly answering its own questions.
-
Every product needs a page. Where should content effort go first?
Show the actual supply range accurately, while sequencing buying guides, comparison articles and FAQs, rather than investing the same content in every product at once.
-
How can the existing team keep updates going?
Collecting materials item by item, entering them into the CMS and revising them again and again takes time away from the business. How materials are supplied, who checks them and how updates happen had to be planned during the build.
Clarify the business first, then let the website and workflow carry it.
On site: turning product information into the website's foundation
We helped the client match product names, specifications, applications, images and technical notes, and identified what was missing. Working from the client's materials and business confirmation, we turned sales experience into content the pages could use.
The product catalogue reflects the real supply range, while pages are organised around purchasing questions, helping buyers understand the differences between products and move on to the right ones.
Using search planning to decide pages and content investment
We combined the client's business priorities with search research to map products, keywords, pages and supporting content to one another. The full catalogue is shown, while buying guides, comparison articles and FAQs are rolled out in batches.
The AI search questions the client cared about were part of the research too: clear product facts and common questions were filled in, to be adjusted later based on actual visibility.
AI-assisted updates, so the existing team can gradually take over
We linked centralised material collection, AI-assisted drafting, human review, batch updates and page checks into one workflow, cutting down on repeated copying and pasting. Together with operational guidance, this helped the client understand what to do first, how to prepare materials and what to check before publishing.
The client confirms product and technical facts; we help decide page priorities and the order of work. AI assists with processing, and a person checks everything it produces.
The website is in place, with a concrete plan for running it.
-
An English brand website ready to present
The homepage and product pages showcase the brand, its products and its supply capability.
-
A clear product and content plan
Business experience and search research are reflected in the pages, with materials and content produced in batches.
-
AI-assisted updates and operational guidance
Material preparation, human review, batch processing and page checks are built into day-to-day work.
These are milestone results from the build and operational preparation. Sales, search visibility, actual enquiries and time saved still need to be measured against ongoing operations and usage data.
