Refund policy

You can cancel a paid expert consultation through the My appointment page up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start. Once cancellation succeeds, we will submit a full refund to Stripe.

When fewer than 30 minutes remain, online cancellation and automatic refunds are unavailable. For exceptional circumstances, problems using the online service or a failed refund request, contact refund@nowupdating.com so that we can investigate and help.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
